Know All About KCET Application Form

Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech courses in institutes of Karnataka have to fill KCET application form. Admission is offered on the basis of an entrance examination conducted in online mode by the Karnataka examinations authority. Application form of KCET 2020 is released in February in online mode. Students have to fill the application form and submit it before the last date. Students are advised to first ensure their eligibility before filling the KCET 2020 application form. KCET 2020 will be conducted on April 22 and 23. The process of filling the application form includes the following steps.


Step 1-Registration: Students have to provide their basic details like name, mobile number, email address and date of birth for registration. Students will also be required to create a password for all future login. After successful registration, candidates will receive an application number in their mobile and email ID.


Step 2- Filling the application form: Students have to login using the application number received in mobile and password set by them. Students will have to fill details about the state of residence, parent details, educational details and other information as may be asked in the form.

Step 3- Uploading Images: In the form of KCET 2020, students have to upload scanned images of passport size coloured photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression. Left-hand thumb impression of the parent is also to be uploaded.

Step 4- Payment of Application fees: Students have to pay Rs.650 as application fees for the submission of a form. Fees can be paid in online mode only using credit/debit card or net banking.

Step 5- Final submission of form: After payment of application fees, check all details and submit the application form.

    KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) is a state level entrance test. It is conducted every year by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Through this exam admission is offered in the field of Engineering, pharmacy etc. KCET 2021 Application Form will be released in first week of February 2021.

 The National Testing Agency is going to end JEE Main 2021 registrations on January 15. As the first session of JEE Main is scheduled from February 23 to 26, admit cards will be released almost 15 days before exam date. Hence, NTA may release the JEE Main 2021 admit card in the second week of February.
